To be included on our vendor list, please send to a cover letter introducing your company along with a corporate capability brochure. These materials are then distributed to the appropriate in-house personnel. The letter and brochure are also kept in the vendor library that the Capital Program maintains for future procurement opportunities.

Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program

The Virginia Railway Express, (VRE), a transportation partnership of the Northern Virginia Transportation Commission (NVTC) and the Potomac and Rappahannock Transportation Commission (PRTC), is committed to a policy of nondiscrimination in conducting business, including the procurement of goods and services.
